The FSA Training Conference starts on Tuesday, November 28 in Orlando. The FSA Training Conference is a series of training and technical assistance programs provided by the Department of Education for financial aid professionals charged with administering the Title IV student financial assistance programs.

The Conference attracts financial aid professionals from over 2,000 schools representing all 50 states and several foreign countries. Attendees participate in training sessions to learn about new federal financial aid regulations and legislation, hear directly from federal subject matter experts and network with other financial aid professionals.

Marjorie Arrington assists schools, colleges and universities with matters relating to the management and administration of federal, state and private student financial assistance programs.

Lisa Bureau counsels clients on institutional eligibility, compliance and program review/audit resolutions and specializes in the resolution of complex regulatory matters arising from the participation of institutions in the federal programs of student financial assistance.

Patricia Dickerson is a senior manager of higher education services, with specific responsibility for matters relating to the management and administration of the federal Title IV student financial aid programs.

Rebecca Flake focuses on federal student financial aid matters. She has been in the financial aid industry for 20+ years in the capacities of a financial aid advisor, financial aid director and compliance auditor.
